If you wish to modify, delete or know the data we have about you, please submit your request using your email address. You will receive an email to confirm your identity if you appear on this platform.
Upon receipt of your request, RE/MAX will take appropriate measures to follow up within the next 30 days in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

If you have never had any commercial relationship with RE/MAX but have used our website and created an account as a “My/Remax” user, log in to your account if you want to modify, consult or delete your personal data.

We care about your personal data and take the greatest care in its collection and use. All data you provide to us is only used for administrative and statistical processing, presentation and dissemination of products and services sold within the scope of real estate mediation activities. The information is solely and exclusively used by our network of agencies and agents in accordance with their autonomous and independent management. If you wish to exercise any of your rights, access, portability, rectification or forgetting, you must do so through direct contact with the RE/MAX agency or agent to which you provided the respective information.
