Personal Data

The interaction with our website should not only be interesting but also a good experience for all users. In order to take advantage of all the possibilities for interaction and all the services we offer, it may be necessary for you to provide us with some of your personal data.

There are various contact forms on our website designed to allow contact with a representative of RE/MAX who will assist you with your request. Some of these forms request basic contact information such as your name, email, and phone number, while others request more detailed information such as your address. In all forms, we have taken care to only collect the minimum information necessary to provide you with the service you request. In no case is it obligatory to provide us with any personal data, but if you do not, we may not be able to provide you with the service you require.

We offer the MY/REMAX option, which allows you to create a user account on our website and use more advanced options such as saving your favorite properties or a list of search parameters. Users can also have a more direct connection to agents and interact securely with RE/MAX Agents, making it easier to find your dream home or sell your home more quickly.

Who has access to your information?

Regardless of the contact form you use on our website, we guarantee that your information will only be shared with a RE/MAX representative and never with anyone else. Typically, you will be contacted by a RE/MAX Associate Agent who will follow up on your contact request regarding a property. In the case of contact requests related to career opportunities or franchising sales, your data will be sent to a RE/MAX agency, regional office, or international representative.
